On Friday February 24th at 4:30pm, I was involved in an accident. I was driving back from substitute teaching in DePere to my home in Marinette and as I reached near the Oconto Falls exit in Oconto on Highway 41 my vehicle hit a patch of ice. My SUV slid sideways and collided with a tow truck. My car rolled three or four times on the highway. I was told by the driver of the tow truck that he saw my vehicle shoot up into the air. The immediate effect of the accident was a very bloody left hand. I never lost consciousness. I sustained a contusion on my left hand as depicted by the pictures. The individuals in the tow truck sustained no injuries. That is why I have not been posting information. I apologize.
I have worked every day this week and at my higher-level teaching positions I told the students to be grateful for your life and to tell a parent or caregiver that you love him or her. To be grateful that you will experience a lot of things that cause stress and also to love more.
