My meal plan: everyday I eat cereal with milk and a half glass of orange juice followed by a banana for breakfast. On rare occasion I tried to incorporate some eggs, wheat toast, and a fruit. When it is lunch time I usually eat something small and very easy to make like gluten free noodles, peanut butter and banana sandwich, chips and hummus. For dinner I eat my protein which is usually chicken, fish, or a hamburger followed by a vegetable and/or quinoa and lastly a spinach with broccoli slaw salad with ranch dressing.
The point of this post is to make sure a person is cognizant of what he or she is putting into their own body. What do you eat? Do you have a meal plan? Do you recognize the importance of eating healthy for everyone in your family?
