Cooking should be fun and easy. Here are some fun and easy meals to make while you will are busy with life.
- Half a chicken breast with half a bag of vegetables and a salad. The only real cooking you have to do is with the chicken. Make sure that the chicken is cooked all the way through by cutting it in half making sure that there is no pink. In other words, the chicken has to be completely white after you have cut into it. You could buy some frozen vegetables (e.g., sweet peas, green beans, or broccoli) that are microwavable. A person could make his or her salad with some lettuce or spinach and then going light on the salad dressing. The time that it would take to prepare this meal maybe a max of 25-30 minutes.
- A quesadilla with a vegetable and a salad. I like to use George Foreman grill to create my masterpiece. First, start by plugging in your George Foreman Grill and then start cutting your chicken into smaller pieces. Then take a bag of cheese from your for refrigerator to sprinkle cheese (e.g., your personal preference) on to your tortilla shell. Then add your chicken followed by more cheese and then topping it off with your final tortilla shell. Allowing the quesadilla to cook for approximately 5-8 minutes. In that time you can prepare your salad. A person could make his or her salad with some lettuce or spinach and then going light on the salad dressing. Then put your half eaten bag of vegetables in the microwave for about 1 minute. The time it takes to prepare this meal is around 15-20 minutes.
These are just two meals helped while I was busy with college and life. What are some meals that you have prepared? You could please take a picture of this meal and share with the audience that will be much appreciated. How has your efficiency changed with this meal?
